Statute requirements for all 50 states have been requested. I am doing my best to research all statute before claiming validity in a given state. If your state is not listed here, I have either not heard back or am waiting on more information.
The states where my certificates should be valid are: Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Utah, Vermont, and Wyoming
The states where my certificates are not likely to be valid are: Tennessee and West Virginia
Additionally, please remember that there are limitations to how many asynchronous (i.e., pre-recorded) CEUs will be accepted during your license renewal period. These limitations vary by state and would be too difficult to list here. As with any CEU, it is your responsibility to ensure that the certificate is valid to your license.

Because education should be free, I don't want to gatekeep the information. Because I live in a capitalist society, I have to gatekeep CEU credits for $25/hour.*
To receive a certificate, you must score an 80% or higher on a knowledge check. You can take the test as many times as you'd like. I will receive your results after each attempt. Once I have verified your score and your purchase, I will email you a certificate.
Because I have a "regular 9-5" and have to verify your score before I can manually send you your certificate, please allow me one full business day to email your certificate after you pass your test. You do not need to inform me once you've passed, but you are welcome to reach out if you have questions or concerns.

This is a 3-hour CEU for ethics. There is a strong focus on how ethics become complicated when working with mandated populations, specifically people on the sex offense registry.

I am discounting this product, because it was a beta version. The certificate is equally valid, but this was pre-feedback. I received a lot of very positive feedback, so I am not worried if you're not.

My goal with the series is to educate the public and forensic clinicians on the difficulties faced by felons in the United States (and how we, as a society, can help them overcome those challenges). This part of the series is to start the topic with an explanation of what culture is and how culture impacts a person. As with all of the parts of this series, those explanations are done through the lens of forensic therapy.
